Paul Herrerias is Managing Director and Founder of the Northern California office of Stanton Chase, a global retained executive search firm. His team specializes in recruiting at the chief, vice president, and director levels, and also finds matches for board directors.

Mr. Herrerias has over 25 years of executive search and leadership consulting service to Bay Area organizations. Enjoying an extensive network in the business community, Mr. Herrerias has successfully completed hundreds of searches for West Coast companies, with special emphasis on placing finance and accounting professionals in private industry, public accounting, and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Herrerias founded several executive search and organization development consulting businesses, consulted for high-performing business teams, and advised over 1,000 professionals in their career development. His professional career affiliations also include Deloitte & Touche LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr. Herrerias’ understanding of organizational dynamics is further enhanced by a CPA license and 25 years as a business owner. He has served on the CalCPA Executive Board and State Council, is a past president of the San Francisco Chapter, and is the recipient of the San Francisco Chapter’s Golden Quill Award for Outstanding Leadership.
